How to Pay:
By card:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Visa Delta cards.
Your card will only be charged when the order is despatched.
By Cheque:
Please make cheque payable to Bintik and put your home address and telephone number on the back of the cheque.
Your order will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.
Delivery:
Standard delivery is £4.95 per order. In stock items are despatched within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the goods to arrive.
Express delivery is £8.95 and is only available for UK orders received before 1pm. Delivery will be the next day Delivery will be the next day although orders placed on friday will be delivered the following monday.
Please note that this depends on the area in which you live but if you require further information give us a call.
Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature.If you know you will be out you can give us another address when you place your order.
Delivery Overseas is £15.00.
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by customs and excise delays.
Please note that Bintik is not responsible for any local import duties and taxes.
Stock Availability:
We can not guarantee all items are in stock all of the time, however we will do our best. If an item is out of stock we will let you know, if you can wait we will place your order on back order and send when in stock. On phone orders, we give you the opportunity to state a second colour option in case of low stock availability.
Returns:
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not happy, please return unused and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will refund or exchange them for you.
Please note that we are not responsible for the returns postage and we can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us so please keep proof of postage. (statutory rights not affected)
